Petropoulakis Tower welcomes pet travellers and offers high standard hospitality to all its visitors. The signing of the following pet policy is mandatory for your stay.

A. AUTHORIZED ALLOWANCES

Petropoulakis Tower lets dogs until 35kg and small cats if they are all the time with their owners. Other types of pets such as birds, reptiles, etc must be contacted to the owner. In every rental room strictly for any stay is allowed up to 1 pet. Pets owners are required to bring with them a valid health booklet.

Petropoulakis Tower is entitled to request an up-to-date pet health booklet at any time. The persistence of aggressive pets is expressly prohibited. The accommodation retains any right to refuse clients accompanying a pet that has aggressively behaved against accommodation staff or other visitors.

B. CONDITIONS OF RESIDENCE IN AN ACCOMMODATION

1. Visitors are responsible to clean their pets’ dirts (pee, shitting or vomiting or other one) inside the accommodation as well as all areas of property.

2. Pets should be bound or limited in any case in public areas of the hotel and the property. It is strictly forbidden to move pets without a strap or unaccompanied pets.

3. Pets should be constantly monitored in every room of the accommodation all time.

4. If a pet is left unattended or/and bothers other visitors, you will receive a warning from the responsible Person of our hotel. In the second violation, you will be charged € 100 (€ 100) from the accommodation address without any information. As a violation of our policy is also expressly considered continuous barking at following hours 13:30pm – 17:00pm and 21:00pm – 10:00am. 

5. Pets are not allowed in any indoor area of the accommodation except rooms. 

6. It is strictly forbidden for guests to leave their pets on the balconies of the rented room.

7. It is obligatory to release the room for cleaning from 10:00 to 14:30 every day. 

8. It is not allowed the use of towels for the pet and the use of the beds of the room.

C. ADDITIONAL CHARGES

1. Petropoulakis Tower charges once a non-refundable cleaning fee per pet of twenty euros (€ 20) per day.

2. Petropoulakis Tower is entitled to claim an upfront loss of up to € 100 per stay, which is returned to the visitor when checking the room at check-out if it is found that no damage has occurred during the visitor’s stay and his/her pet.

3. If there is any damage Petropoulakis Tower will inform the visitor of the damage amount as it is concerned by the hotel staff. Damage is considered to be irreversible damage to furniture, carpets, carpets, accommodation equipment, plumbing or electrical installations and objects exceeding € 100. Depending on the cost of the damage there will be an objective charge .

4. From above charges are excluding owners who are blind and have valid health records and certification documents of their pets.

E. OTHER TERMS

1. Pets owners as visitors are responsible for all bodily harm and / or material damage associated with their pet. The pets owners agrees to indemnify and expressly exempt Petropoulakis Tower by signing this from any liability and / or damage incurred as a result of his pet.

2. For any dispute arising out of the application of this domestic policy, the courts of Laconia are responsible. The visitor declares that he has read the contents of the pet policy of Petropoulakis Tower and that he accepts them unreservedly.

Signing this policy document we accept all the above terms and conditions unreservedly.
